November Revenues In Nevada Rise By 12%

Nevada, the first state in the USA to legalizing online gambling has seen a huge growth in revenue for November. In November the state was able to gain an extra 12% in revenue. The increase in revenue mainly came from Sportsbetting and Baccarat.

Financial Numbers in the Silver State consists of the following:

– The Vegas String gained at any $529.5 Million, an increase of 23% compared to the $431.7 million that was brought in last November.

– NFL Sportsbetting bets totaled up to $365 Million, this is a record amount for the state.

– The Sportsbook in Nevada brought in a total of $490.2 in bets this month, this also being a record amount for the state.

– Nevada land based casinos saw a rise of $879 Million for the state. $130 Million of the $879 Million was brought in by Baccarat. The high roller baccarat room saw an increase of 88.2% percent which is a total amount of $1.1 Billion.

– Las Vegas Casinos located downtown had their revenue drop by 1.3% which equals to $38 Million dollars being last. South Lake Tahoe also saw their revenues fall, they dropped by 2% which equals up to be $17.2 Million.

– Reno on the other hand had their revenues increase by 16.7% which equals to be $43.2 Million.

– The state of Nevada as a whole saw $11.7 Billion wagered in the month of November. $8.8 billion of the $11.7 wagered was due to slots while the other $2.9 Billion was wagered on table games/sports.

Tax Revenue that is created from the amount wagered was $50 Million, an increase of 9% compared to November of 2012.
