Mansion and Onisac Limited fined by Dutch Gaming Regulators

Kansspelautoriteit, an online Dutch gaming regulated announced that they have given a stiff €150,000 to Onisac Limited and the Mansion Group. They were fined after both gambling firms started a gambling service in the Netherlands without having obtained a gambling license to operate within the country. This essentially means that these gambling firms acted on their own actions and begun to perform illegal gambling activities.

These fines were given to both of these gambling firms last year but were delayed after both of the firms were able to gain injunctions. The only reason they were capable of gaining these injunctions is because they contested that the Netherlands go against the laws of the European Union. Their injunction just ended where means the fined now have to be paid, even if both of the casino operators want to appeal their case.

Neither one of these gambling firms have come out and spoken about their actions. We all suspect that lawyers have been advising them to keep quiet and out of the media’s eye. We will continue to inform you on every detail that is released about this case and the payment of their fines. Don’t expect to see either one of these gambling firms appear in the Netherlands online gambling market as they have been per mentally banned from operating in the country.
